Max Stephani

I write ExpatLogic for people who moved to the US and keep running into rules nobody explained: visa deadlines, tax forms, health coverage, and the letter that shows up with no context. Every article starts from an official source, like USCIS, the IRS, the State Department or the Federal Register. I link to it so you can check the numbers yourself. When I get something wrong, I fix it and say so. I write this on the side of a full-time job in software. Outside of it I’m usually in the garden, out on my bike, or at a community meetup.
